Vietnam Property Fund Limited (VPF) is a company focused on making investments in the real estate sector in Vietnam. Its shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM).

Vietnam is one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets. VPF's investment focus will be to originate opportunities for investment across all sub-sets of the real estate sector and geographic locations in the country. The fund is designed to adapt to the evolving nature of the market. Investments will be geared toward minority positions in real estate projects and companies. However, the Company will not exclude investments where it will have sole or primary responsibility for managing an investment asset. The Company expects to focus capital deployment into real estate projects, but will also consider strategic investments into real estate companies.
